Notice how there was a delay in the amount of time between Armin falling and Eren actually attack Bertholdt, I assumed it was in that time delay that Eren was saving Armin. After all Eren knew exactly where to find Armin after he pulled Bertholdt out of the Colossal Titan and the rooftop that Armin would've landed on wasn't damaged at all so Eren retrieved him as he was falling and put him there.

If I had to put an excuse to make sense, the extreme close-range heat was way more Intense than a high fall. Maybe the fall really softened the heat within, so It became more bearable.

Reiss did become a titan from only sipping it but look how disfigured he was. I remember someone in the show mentioning, too, that was the reason he was so disfigured, can't remember who and in what context though. So it stands to reason that they need the full injection for a proper transformation and, by the same logic, probably need to eat the entire titan shifter's relevant body parts to gain the full extent of their powers (to counter Anisa Tajy's point about potentially splitting the brain and spinal cord).

Yeah got it, basically Reiss turned into this big a Titan cuz he was a royal and therefore special and the complete Titan will be much smaller but way more neat too, this may be bigger but bigger does not mean that it's complete...

Seeing that the bone is gone it may be the thing that protects the intestines all the way and I think it's only part of it not the whole intestine. It's also possible that it's the stomach knowing they don't need intestines to digest because they doesn't have an anus or whatever. Remember in the Part One of Season 3, King Reiss had an injection that he wanted to use on Christa? That injection got broken and at the very end, he licked it from the floor, and became a Titan. If that little amount is needed, then you should be able to save both Armin and Erwin. The sad is, the protagonists don't know about this... :/

Let me tell you something about the human body, note that I am an engineer not a doctor.

The reason why doctors inject with syringes instead of oral medication is because the body consumes the substance faster and better when injected into the muscle. When Rod Reiss licked the serum from the floor, an incomplete transformation occurred. There is two problems with this. The amount of serum was not enough and the selected method of consumption is also not the best. If Levi decided to divide the serum in half they may have both had incomplete titan forms. Another problem with this idea is that there is only one person that can be consumed. The armor titan is nowhere close to them. If you turn into a titan and you don't consume a titan user, you stay a titan. Would it really be fair to revive Erwin or Armin just to become what they hate?

Regarding muscle injections, I'm pretty sure muscles are used for most vaccines exactly because they aren't that fast at dispersing the content. They're faster than some places but they aren't the fastest. The fastest would probably be directly into a vein and I think that's actually where they do inject them in AoT so (it looks to me like they try to hit the vein in your inner elbow).

Erwin went trough alot and had to become the bad guy to achieve success, you know what i am taking about if you have observed the series, he knew many times that cuz of his decisions many will die but still he had too do it , he did not have time to think for himself . The whole time erwin was like im selfish and all but i dont think that he gave his all to humanity ..........after giving so much to others without gaining anything he only wanted to see the basement and after seeing the situation erwin knew its not possible to see it ........ In short what im trying to say is he had enough and had to become the devil to save all and just like Levi said he finally gained his freedom and we cant take it away from him and bring him back for more hell, he has done enough let him rest
They all were thinking for the themselves(humanity) and nobody cared what erwin wanted ,Levi realized that selfishness in them and decided to let him rest , which is good for erwin

Nobody is giving their all to humanity without having something own to give all for. Humanity is a mere concept. You can't expect someone to dedicate his life to mere concept without having "something to drunk on" individual purpose or dream. Eren wanted to kill all the titans and avenge his mother, Mikasa wanted to protect Eren, Armin wanted to know about the outside world, Levi simple needed the purpose to follow and he ended up in scouts and Erwin wanted to follow his fathers dream, that's all. It's individual dreams that create bonfire and there is nothing wrong with it, it's natural, because every human is selfish at some rate. P.S my love and respect to Armin, I don't know how Manga ends, waited anime release for almost an year and here while rewatching saw this comment and wanted to reply.
